Refund policy

Returns We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

Starting a Return To start a return, you can contact us at contact@fifthstreetsupply.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the total order amount.

 

Promotional Sales (BOGO) Please note that orders placed under our 'Buy One, Get One' (BOGO) or 'Buy Two, Get Two' (B2G2) promotions are subject to a specific refund policy. If you choose to return part of your order, refunds will be calculated based on the total amount paid divided by the number of items in the order.

 

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

Wrong Address Fee Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If an incorrect address results in the unsuccessful delivery and return of your package, you will be subject to a restocking fee of USD $10.00.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges Please reach out to us to initiate an exchange for your order. Kindly note that our exchange fee is USD $15 per item exchanged.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

 

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
